Although the savings incentives are evident, not all employees of companies, locals, organizations, etc, are currently ready to be directed into a network of specific dentists. This will be the most common objection that you will hear.

In most cases, however, only a small percentage of employees have a dedicated commitment to their dentists. Most employees recognize the need for an alternative benefit delivery system, and will appreciate what increased accountability on the part of their dentist means to the level of treatment they receive.

Offering an enriched dental plan with more coverage, less deductibles and less out-of-pocket expenses (co-pays) usually overcomes the barrier of changing dentists.
